Fee Schedule:

• A FREE initial consulation can be scheduled by contacting MIND Studios
• Following a consultation a detailed proposal will be submitted listing:
  • Overview of the project
  • Cost estimate to complete project
  • Required deliverable upon completion
• Once approved 30 percent deposit is required to begin work
• Progress reports will be sent every 30 days following project start date
• Updated invoices will be sent along with progress reports
• Upon project completion, invoices must be paid in full prior to the delivery of any prototypes, technical drawings, CAD files, or other required deliverable.

Hourly Rates:

• Student Hourly Rate: $15/hour
• Lead Designer Hourly Rate: $87.50/hour

Material Rates:

• The cost of any materials purchased for the construction of prototypes will be billed directly to the client
• FDM 3000 Rapid Protoyping Rates:
  • $5/cubic inch ABS plastic material
  • $7.50/cubic inch ASB support material
