Fee Schedule:
- A FREE initial consulation can be scheduled by contacting MIND Studios
- Following a consultation a detailed proposal will be submitted listing:
- Overview of the project
- Cost estimate to complete project
- Required deliverable upon completion
- Once approved 50 percent deposit is required to begin work
- Progress reports will be sent every 30 days following project start date
- Updated invoices will be sent along with progress reports
- Upon project completion, invoices must be paid in full prior to the delivery of any prototypes, technical drawings, CAD files, or other required deliverable.
Hourly Rates:
- Student Hourly Rate: $25/hour
- Lead Designer Hourly Rate: $90/hour
Material Rates:
- The cost of any materials purchased for the construction of prototypes will be billed directly to the client
